The original EcoFlow DELTA Max 2000 extra battery arrangement increases the energy available to the matching power station. This is an earlier DELTA Max product, not the newer DELTA 2 Max or another generation.
Identify the DELTA Max 2000 correctly
The original DELTA Max 2000 has 2,016Wh nominal capacity. A compatible extra battery adds storage, but the exact combined capacity depends on the battery supplied. Ask for the model numbers and a written contents list rather than relying on a bundle name.
Capacity does not mean unlimited power
Additional energy can extend runtime but does not remove the inverter’s output limit. Heating appliances and startup loads can be demanding. Boost-mode marketing figures are not interchangeable with continuous rated output.
Solar charging and backup planning
Check input voltage, current and wattage limits before adding panels. The panel rating is measured under test conditions; daily energy production depends on weather and placement.
For longer outages, assess the energy needed over time and how it will be replenished. A portable battery is not a guaranteed supply for every emergency. Our home battery EPS guide explains fixed-system backup design.
Check the exact model before ordering
Use the EcoFlow UK manual library for the product generation, UK electrical specification and approved accessories. Confirm availability, included cables and warranty with the supplier.
For a permanently installed household system, see our home battery storage service. Contact Renew-Able Solutions to discuss your intended loads and whether portable or installed storage is appropriate.
