Pauline Valente — Director
Pauline oversees the business and customer experience at Renew-Able Solutions. She helps keep projects commercially sound, communication clear and the company focused on delivering dependable service from the first enquiry through to aftercare.
Alan Valente — Director
Alan leads company direction and supports customers through the technical and commercial decisions behind renewable-energy projects. His practical approach helps ensure proposed systems suit the property, the customer’s objectives and the realities of installation.
Martin — Head of Planning
Martin coordinates the planning and pre-installation stages of projects. He helps bring together survey information, system requirements and the applications or technical details needed before work begins.
Robin Grainger — Head of Installations and Building Projects
Robin brings more than three decades of building-industry experience to the delivery of domestic and commercial projects. He coordinates installation and building work, supports contractors on site and maintains the quality standards expected across each project.
John Russell — HR and Health & Safety
John supports HR, health and safety and internal compliance. He helps the team maintain safe working practices, clear procedures and appropriate records across office and site activities.
